Accessibility statement
We've built our website with an accessibility-first approach, placing the needs of all users at the forefront of every decision. This means we're prepared to adapt designs and features to ensure inclusivity. While we acknowledge that perfection is a journey, we're dedicated to making our website accessible to everyone.
Statement
Kindera is committed to the provision of digital accessibility for all users. We maintain an ongoing effort to enhance the user experience and ensure compliance with relevant accessibility standards.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts
- zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
- navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
- navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader (the most recent versions of VoiceOver)
We have also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
How we tested this website
We regularly conduct automated scans of our website using our own Digital Accessibility Monitor, that compiles a report using:
- WAVE accessibility evaluation tool
- axe-core evaluation tool
We also manually test a selection of pages using:
- Silktide accessibility extension for Chrome
- Apple VoiceOver
- NVDA
- Keyboard navigation

Non-accessible content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

PDFs and non-HTML documents
It is possible that some PDFs are not accessible in several ways, including missing text alternatives and missing document structure.
Content that’s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations
PDFs and other documents
Non-HTML documents published before September 2018 do not need to be accessible — unless users need them to use a service.
Live video
We do not plan to add captions to live video streams because live video is exempt from meeting the accessibility regulations.
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We conduct monthly automated scans of our website to ensure the ongoing integrity of our high accessibility standards and conformance.
